1. Who We Are

Midgard Community Hub is a fan-made, community-driven database and resource site for Ragnarok Online players. It is independently operated by Ryan Geldun and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Gravity Co., Ltd., or any official publisher of Ragnarok Online. All game names, sprites, item icons, and related assets remain the property of their respective owners and are used here for informational, non-commercial fan purposes.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use Midgard Community Hub only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, republish, or redistribute large portions of the database in bulk without permission.
• Use the site to harass other users, or to post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Misrepresent yourself, impersonate another person, or falsely claim affiliation with Gravity Co., Ltd. or Ragnarok Zero Global.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Midgard Community Hub is the original work of Ryan Geldun. Except for the third-party game assets described in Section 1, everything on this site is © 2026 Ryan Geldun, all rights reserved, including:

• the original written guides, class guides, and lore articles;
• the selection, verification, structuring and arrangement of the monster, item, map and quest databases — i.e. the database compilation itself, which is additionally protected as a sui generis database right in the EU/EEA and UK;
• the tools, simulators and calculators, and their underlying formulas and code;
• the site's visual design, layout, styling, iconography choices and source code.

We claim no ownership of the underlying Ragnarok Zero game data, mechanics, sprites or item icons — those belong to Gravity Co., Ltd. and their respective owners. Our rights cover our own expression of, and our substantial investment in compiling and presenting, that information.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• scrape, crawl, mirror or bulk-download the site or its databases;
• republish, resell or redistribute our guides, data compilation or media, in whole or in substantial part, on another website, app, bot or platform;
• create a derivative, competing or replacement database, wiki or tool set from our content;
• copy or closely imitate the site's visual design, layout or source code;
• use our content to train, fine-tune or build commercial AI models or datasets.

You may link to us freely, and quote short excerpts for reviews, discussion or teaching, as long as you credit Midgard Community Hub and link back to the source page. AI assistants may summarise our pages when answering user questions, provided they attribute Midgard Community Hub and link to the relevant page.

To request a licence or permission, or to report infringement of this site's content, contact [email protected]. We actively pursue takedowns, including DMCA notices to hosts, CDNs and search engines, against sites that copy our content or design.

4. Guides & Database Content

The guides, monster/item/map/quest database, and tools on this site are provided for informational purposes only. Game mechanics, drop rates, and data change over time and may not always be perfectly accurate or up to date. We make reasonable efforts to keep information correct but make no guarantee of accuracy, and we are not responsible for outcomes (in-game or otherwise) resulting from reliance on this information. If you spot an error, please let us know via Discord.

5. Marketplace

The Marketplace lets logged-in users (via Discord) post listings to trade in-game items or services with other players. By posting a listing, you agree to the following rules:

• Listings must be priced in in-game currency or items only (e.g. zeny). Listings priced in real-world money will be removed on sight.
• Listings must comply with the official Ragnarok Zero Global Terms of Service and only involve legitimate Ragnarok Zero Global items.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your own listings and for any transaction you make with another user.
• Violating these rules can result in a permanent, unappealable ban from the Marketplace.

We do not process payments, hold funds, or mediate trades. Midgard Community Hub is only a listing board — all trades happen directly between players, at their own risk. We are not liable for scams, disputes, or losses arising from any transaction arranged through the Marketplace. We reserve the right to remove any listing, or ban any account, at our sole discretion.

6. Advertising

This site is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for details on how third-party advertising and cookies work on this site.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The site, its content, and its tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midgard Community Hub and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of in-game items, currency, or account access.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
