These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Kafra (the “Bot”), the Discord application operated as part of Midgard Community Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”) at midgardhub.com. By adding the Bot to a Discord server, or by using any /kafra command, you agree to these Terms, to the Kafra Privacy Policy, and to the Midgard Community Hub Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not add or use the Bot.
You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement (at least 13, or older where your country requires it) to use the Bot. If you add the Bot to a server, you confirm that you are the server owner or hold the Manage Server permission and are authorised to do so on that server’s behalf.
Kafra is a free, fan-made Discord application by Ryan Geldun that surfaces the Midgard Community Hub Ragnarok Zero database — items, drop sources, monsters, spawn maps and refine odds — through /kafra slash commands, plus two optional reminder features (MVP boss respawn timers and Inn EXP happy-hour heads-ups).
Kafra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. or Gravity Co., Ltd. Ragnarok Online game names, sprites, item icons and related assets remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced here for informational, non-commercial fan purposes.

We may block any user, channel or server from using the Bot, at our sole discretion, for breaking these rules or for any other reason.
The Bot is provided free of charge, on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be available, uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, or that its data is accurate or current — game values change and may be wrong or out of date. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue the Bot, any individual command, or any server’s access at any time, with or without notice.
Boss-timer and Inn happy-hour reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee. Boss respawn times are entered by users and are usually estimates — Ragnarok Zero’s exact MVP timers are not all confirmed. Delivery can fail for reasons outside our control, including Discord outages, rate limits, the Bot losing permission to post, or a channel being deleted. Do not rely on these reminders for anything that matters. Only the person who set a boss timer is pinged by it.
Kafra, the text and structure of its replies, and the underlying selection, verification and arrangement of the Midgard Community Hub database are the work and property of Ryan Geldun, and are covered by section 3 of the Midgard Community Hub Terms of Service. Without our prior written permission you may not scrape, mirror, republish or redistribute the Bot’s output, or use it to create a derivative, competing or replacement bot, database or dataset, or to train commercial AI models. We claim no ownership of the underlying Ragnarok Zero game data, mechanics or assets, which belong to Gravity Co., Ltd. and their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midgard Community Hub and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of, or in connection with, your use of or inability to use the Bot — including but not limited to lost in-game items, currency, progress or time, a missed boss, or a reminder that did not arrive. Your only remedy if you are unhappy with the Bot is to stop using it and remove it from your server.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be announced in the Midgard Community Hub Discord. Continued use of the Bot after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
